Registration

To register, please complete the registration form. Each registration will be validated by the organizing committee before payments can be processeed. The summer school can accomodate up to ~50 participants. Registration will close once the maximum number of registrations is reached. After this, feel free to contact us to be added to our waiting list.

Registration fees (Early-bird from March 11 to April 30)

• 520 € for students and postdocs
• 775 € for senior researchers and industry
  

• An additional charge of 150 € on all categories will be applied after April 30th
  

The fees include:

• Lectures, seminars & tutorials
• Housing from Sunday night (September, 15th) to Saturday morning (September, 21st) in shared rooms (students, post-docs) 
• Lunches at the institute, welcome drink and barbecue dinner
• Coffee breaks
• Bus transportation from and to Ajaccio airport (on Sunday 15 September for arrivals and Saturday 21 September for departures)

Dinners, except for the barbecue, will take place in the restaurants of the village of Cargèse and are not included in the registration fees.

Housing will be arranged by the staff of the Institute following, as much as possible, your preferences.

Travel Grants

A limited amount of travel support has been made available by national societies and networks (Société Française d'Acoustique, UK Acoustics Network). Please contact us with questions or to apply for a travel grant.

Access information

🚄 🚢  Train + Ferry*

Ferries depart from Marseille or Toulon on Saturday 14th evening for an overnight cruise to Ajaccio and cruise back on the evening of the 21st.

 * Your academic carbon footprint can be reduced up to a factor of 4 as compared to flying from Paris to Ajaccio.
